Saba Tanvir
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW (she, her)
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or childhood trauma? Are you looking to heal and find peace? If so,
you're not alone. As a licensed clinical social worker specializing in these areas, I'm here to offer support and
guidance on your journey towards healing.
I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Scotch Plains, NJ in 2012 with my husband and two beautiful daughters. We later
welcomed our fur baby, who completed our family!
I attended The City University of New York for my undergraduate degree and later graduated with a Master of Social Work
from Rutgers State University of New Jersey.
With extensive knowledge in the field of mental health, my professional journey has been full of challenging yet
rewarding experiences. From assisting clients in navigating the mental health system to managing several social service
programs for a renowned non-profit in NYC, I shifted focus towards micro practice, where I offer therapeutic services to
individuals struggling with their mental health needs.
I believe mental wellbeing is equally, if not more, important than physical wellbeing and therefore should be accessible
to all.
